Missed Payment Policy
At Coach Phuong’s Quantum Life Energy & Wellness Coach, I understand that life’s financial demands can sometimes become overwhelming. This policy is designed to provide clarity and flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our coaching partnership.
Payment Commitment
All payments are due on the agreed-upon dates outlined in your coaching agreement. Timely payments allow us to maintain the energy and momentum of your coaching journey.
Grace Period
If a payment is missed, a 5-day grace period will be provided to make the payment without penalty. During this time, I encourage open communication so we can work together to address any concerns or challenges you may be facing.
Late Payments
After the 5-day grace period, a late fee of $25 may be applied to the outstanding balance. If this presents a difficulty, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss a potential payment plan or other arrangements.
Continuation of Services
If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, coaching services may be temporarily paused until the account is brought current. This pause ensures fairness to both you and my other clients.
Communication is Key
I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you anticipate difficulty making a payment on time, please let me know in advance. Together, we can explore solutions to keep you moving forward on your coaching journey.
